Sur Estates joins the Association of International Property Professionals

Sur Estates is proud to announce that it has become one of the very few agents on the Costa del Sol to have joined the AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals).

The AIPP is a non-for-profit organization based in the United Kingdom whose aim is to improve the standards of professionalism in the international real estate sector, to provide the consumer with confidence and real estate agents a platform where to express their concerns.

Real Estate agents joining the AIPP, like Sur Estates, voluntarily agree to self-regulation by following a code of conduct which has been established to show consumers that the members are accountable and professional companies committed to the highest standard in buying, selling or renting properties.

All members to the AIPP must be approved and must act with honesty, transparency and integrity dealing both with clients and fellow real estate agents.
