Sur Estates, the first real estate agency on the Costa del Sol to show beachfront properties from the sea

Given the high demand for beachfront properties by our customers, Sur Estates, purchased a boat last week with the aim to offer a unique service in the south of Spain, thus becoming the first real estate agency on the Costa del Sol to show properties from the sea.

The idea came when we realized that many of our clients who wanted to buy homes on golf courses, for example, first played or toured a particular course, analyzing their environment and situation, and once found the preferred golf course, they contact us to visit the different complexes within a particular golf course, in order to choose the most appropriate home for them.

The same idea could be applied to wanting to purchase beachfront property, the question at the time was: how do visit different beaches to find out their size, type of beach, number of bars, clubs, types of services it offers, etc? This would be very difficult to achieve on foot and take a long time to do it by car.

The most logical solution to explore beaches, its services and the environment was to do it from the sea.

The idea of showing beachfront properties from a boat gives our customers the ability, first, to know the coast from a different perspective, from the sea, thus being able to determine which may be their favorite beaches.  Secondly, it allows our customers to learn the characteristics of the different complexes in a particular area, which is a very useful tool to have before looking at a particular property.
