Russians searching for properties for sale on the Costa del Sol

Given the large increase of enquiries regarding the search of properties for sale on the Costa del Sol by Russian clients, Marbella real estate agents, Sur Estates, launched the Russian version of their site last week.

Statistical data show that the Russian market now occupies fourth place in search of properties for sale on the Costa del Sol, behind the United Kingdom, Germany and France. So far this year the demand by Russian clients has increased by approximately 29% compared with the same period last year, as it was indicated by Sur Estates.
