After more than four months of hard work and reforms, the real estate agency Sur Estates, opened a new office in the Marina of Estepona.
The inauguration took place last May 5th in the presence of clients, friends, colleagues and the beloved Mayor of the Hon. Town hall of Estepona, Don José María García Urbano.
This event was celebrated with dishes specially prepared by some of the favorite restaurants of the team of Sur Estates in Estepona. Of all the extraordinary dishes we could highlight the Tuna Tartar and Steamed Prawns of the Restaurant "La Taberna de Lucía III" located in the port, the traditional octopus salad of the restaurant "La Escollera", appetizers composed of magnificent pizzas, focacce and sandwiches of Vitel Toné and salmon from the exquisite Italian restaurant "El Rincón Toscano" and the original canapés created by the "Catering Boats" company of the "Halomón Restaurant" also located in the port.
Sur Estates, a real estate agent based in Estepona and Marbella, specializes in the sale of second homes, has finally achieved what they consider an important strategic move, to open their office in a great location in Estepona Port.
This strategic move has been encouraged by the great improvements that the city of Estepona has undergone in recent years, mainly since the arrival of the new Mayor, Mr. José María García Urbano, and by the strong increase in the demand for properties from both domestic and international clients, seeking to establish their second residence in this municipality.
