Puerto Paraíso is a development located in the beautiful Marina of Estepona. This urbanization was built in the mid-80s and is known for its four towers (which are more than 10 stories high) that rest on a beachfront position in the Marina.

Below these 4 buildings, we also find blocks 5, 6, 7 and 8, which are located above different shops and restaurants. The apartments located in blocks 5 and 6 have an entrance from Luis Braille street, while blocks 7 and 8 of the Puerto Paraíso urbanization are accessed directly from Avenida del Carmen.
This complex, also has common areas where we find 2 community pools, the first located between blocks 1 and 2, and the second between blocks 3 and 4. These are open from 8:00 AM until 10: 00 PM and from both swimming pools we can enjoy wonderful views towards the marina, the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful lighthouse of Estepona, also known as the Punta Doncella Lighthouse.

Puerto Paraiso is also less than 300 meters from the beach of El Cristo (Blue Flag) and the same distance from the beach of La Rada (also Blue Flag). At less than 2 minutes’ walk from Puerto Paraiso we also find 2 supermarkets, the Supersol which is open every day in the summer months and the Supercor Express that opens every day of the year until 2:00 AM.
In the Puerto Paraiso urbanization, the apartments are very spacious, facing south, east or west. Their sizes range from 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
With more than 325 sunny days per year, the owners of apartments in the Puerto Paraíso Urbanization, can rent their homes throughout the year, either with long-term or short-term. The apartments are usually rented from Easter until the start of classes by families with children.
