Free Property Valuation
Our Local Expert will give you the choice about how you´d like to obtain your free, no obligation valuation by offering to take a home valuation in person or a video call valuation via one of the platforms such as Google Meet, Whatsapp, Zoom, etc. An appointment at your convenience is booked.

Free comparative market analysis report
After we’ve conducted your valuation, you’ll receive a full comparative market analysis report. This will include information regarding about what has recently sold around the area, what´s available on the market, as well as your property value and the timeframe in which we can achieve it, amongst other important information.

Instruction
Once you instruct us to list your property with no-upfront fees, as we only charge a fee once we have successfully completed on the sale of your property, we contact your solicitor to obtain all relevant documentation of the property.

Your Listing
Upon instruction, we’ll create your listing. We will visit your property to take professional photographs and followed by a well-crafted description in multiple languages. Your property will then be listed on several property portals, emailed to our database of clients, placed on our social media channels, included your property on different MLS systems for both local and international agents and we’ll get a For Sale board up if you wish to have one, amongst other marketing strategies.

Managing your viewings
All viewings whether with our own clients or the clients of other agents, will be accompanied by one of our experienced property consultants who would have previously qualified the perspective client. We are also in a position to offer live interactive virtual property tours. We work around the vendor´s schedule and always inform the seller before attending any appointments even if there is a key holder or if we have keys of the property. We provide feedback to our vendors after each viewing.
